Overview
End User Connected Sources
End user connected sources are data sources that the individual (the end user) connects or completes themselves, rather than data you upload on their behalf. For each source, Sikoia provides a secure, white-labeled flow that you initiate and the end user completes — for example, by authorising a connection with their bank or verifying their identity. Once the flow is finished, the resulting data is made available to you through Sikoia's API.
This section covers the following connected sources:
- Open Banking: the end user authorises a secure connection directly with their bank, giving you access to account details, balances, and transaction data.
- Identity Verification: the end user completes a flow to confirm their identity.
Each connected source is initiated by you (typically by generating a unique URL to share with the end user) and completed by the end user, keeping sensitive steps such as bank authorisation and identity checks in their hands.
