Custom Policy Workflows

Overview

The common Completeness Checks cover frequent scenarios, but most teams have their own policies. Because Completeness Checks are fully configurable, the Sikoia team can encode your internal rules, document requirements, recency, counts, and consistency, into a custom check built around a specific lending product or workflow, such as:

  • Income and affordability assessments
  • Mortgage underwriting
  • Car financing
  • Consumer lending
  • Income verification
  • KYC/KYB

What a custom workflow looks like

A custom workflow is one or more rules grouped into a single check, each returning Pass, Refer, or Fail, with an overall result of Complete, Pending, or Failed. For example, a custom mortgage check might combine:

  • Most recent payslip provided
  • Correct number of payslips provided
  • Payslips span a 3-month period
  • Bank transaction data is recent, spans 3 months, and is consecutive

You decide the time periods, the number of documents, and which rules to combine, or define a completely new check.

Getting started

  1. Share your policy requirements with the Sikoia team, what needs to be present for an application to be considered complete.
  2. We configure the rules into a custom Completeness Check.
  3. You run the check against a case, person, or specific data sources, and retrieve the results with full transparency into what passed, what failed, and why.

If we can get the data, we can build your custom Checks. Contact the Sikoia team with your requirements, ideally including a sample document.
