Check if the entity is listed in any Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) or Sanctions lists.

• If the entity_type is case, a search_term must be included.
• If the entity_type is person or company, the search term is taken from the name on the entity. If the search_term is included, the entity data is overridden.
• If entity_type is person, providing a birth_date enhances search accuracy.

Adjust the fuzziness level (ranging from 0-1) to control spelling variations. Lower levels yield fewer variations, while higher levels increase flexibility.This endpoint returns the number of matches the entity has. For detailed match information, refer to the Sikoia Dashboard.
