Create Open Banking connection

Creates a new Open Banking connection request.

This generates a URL that takes your end customer through a consent flow to connect their accounts.

The country_code is optional. If it is included then your end customer will only be able to select a bank institution from that country.

Allowed:

Must be ISO 2 digit country code. Limits the institution selection to country provided.
